Introduction:
Malolo Lailai is situated 14 Miles off the coast of Nadi with 600 tropical acres of lush gardens, coconut palms and 11 beaches. The sheltered lagoon offers a great place to enjoy the host of water sports and activities available at the neighboring resort of Musket Cove, diving, fishing, sailing or relax with a beachside massage. Excellent dining options, fresh island-grown produce and 150 friendly staff, Malolo Lailai presents a relaxed and casual atmosphere to enjoy the many delights that the island has to offer.

Transport and Marina::
Nearby Musket Cove offers a fully operational marina for berthage, access to yacht charters, the host of water sports available and the loading and unloading of guests. Transport to the island is available by air and sea:
The Malolo Cat ferry operates services between Malolo Lailai Island & Port Denarau. Operated by Leeward Island Services Ltd, they provide Musket Cove and Plantation with three return services per day. One-way passage time 50 minutes. Includes coach transfers to/from Nadi Airport
The island has a private airstrip, which is also used for regular flights daily between Nadi Airport and Malolo Lailai Island. Frequent flights from 8:30am to 5.00pm, 7 days a week. Flight time each way is approximately 10 minutes

Entertainment ... Our Fijian Island Band entertains nightly (except Sunday) at "Dick's Place" Bistro & Bar. Every Thursday is our "Pig on the Spit" Island night, so get into the swing, wear your sulu and colorful shirt. On Thursday evening, the Musket Cove meke group also performs traditional mekes from 8.30pm – 9.30pm.
The Trader ... The general store is open between 8:00am to 7:00pm daily and offers everything you require to prepare a full meal, a barbecue, or just a snack.

Dicks Place - Bistro & Bar is open daily 8:00am to 9:30pm, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between. A children's dinner menu is available from 5:30pm. Children dining with adults off the main menu are half price. Our Cocktail Bar opens at 8:00am daily and provides restaurant and poolside terrace service until late. Private functions and separate dinning areas are available |

"Malolo Lailai Private Villas"
All Villas are serviced daily and provide the following:
- All linen and towels. (Beach towels not provided).
- Shower amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner and soap).
- All kitchens in addition to the facilities listed in each description provide cutlery, glassware, crockery and basic cooking utensils.
- All homes are designated non-smoking.
- You will be met upon arrival by our friendly staff and given a detailed orientation of the villa you will be staying in as well as a tour of the resort facilities.
- Accommodation includes a welcome fruit drink on arrival.
Please see the facilities chart for further information of the facilities of each villa. Please keep in mind the location and walking distance of each villa from the Resort Facilities when making your reservation as transport is not included with your villa. "Villa Malolo"
Villa Malolo is situated at the Northern end of the island on just under 1 acre of tropical gardens, with an elevated position over direct waterfront and stairs to a secluded beach. The Villa was designed by Adrian Sofield who is renowned in the South Pacific for his bold & rustic style Architecture. The Villa has multiple entertaining and viewing areas. The 4 bedrooms in the main house can sleep up to 8 people with 3 bathrooms and a charming garden cottage with ensuite bathroom can accommodate an additional couple in a king size bed. Each guest will be able to find their own private sanctuary within the Villa’s luscious grounds. Facilities include: a large open plan Kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, stove top, oven). TV, VCR and DVD player as well as a Laundry area. The house provides a 37ft Plunge Pool as well as a children’s wadding pool, outdoor furniture and Hammocks to enjoy the spectacular views of the Mamanuca group of Islands and the resort. A telephone is available for calls made via the Resort switchboard and charged to your account. Walking time to the Marina and Resort is approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

"Vale Totoka"
Meaning “beautiful house” in Fijian. The Penthouse Unit (1,800 sq ft) of a spectacular Pole House, featuring Fiji timbers & timber and leather furnishings, is situated on the hill overlooking the Marina and Resort, with breathtaking views of Waya, Vomo & Beachcomber Islands. The house boasts 2 indentical master bedrooms with king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The large, open plan living area has two sofa beds that accommodate a maximum of 6. Large entertainment deck with gas BBQ and breakfast bar opening on to decking. Extra large open plan kitchen with microwave, gas hot plates, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and full supply of cutlery, crockery, pots, glassware, washing machine and dryer. "Lagoon Point Villa"

"Kinloch Villa"
Fully serviced daily, privately owned 1350 sq ft villa located right beside the resort. Slightly elevated on the rise of the hill behind the Villas and Lagoon Bures with garden views. Accommodates 4 people. Master bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an individual air-conditioning unit, overhead fan, and ensuite bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. "The Beach-house"
Situated on the Northern end of Malolo Lailai overlooking
one of the islands many beaches with views of the surrounding
Mamanuca islands. This 3 bedroom home can sleep up to 8 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and private ensuite.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with an ensuite, which is
shared with the 3rd bedroom, containing 2 bunk beds (sleeping
a maximum of 4). The casual pole-house structure provides
an easy-going atmosphere for a family holiday. The Large living
area is cooled from the sea breeze and there are ceiling fans
in all bedrooms. The house has a telephone (calls made via
resort switchboard), stereo, small TV, Equipped kitchen (microwave

"The Reefhouse"

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, with one single bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and private ensuite. The living area has a pull out double sofa bed and a reading room with a divan that can also be made up as a single bed. The casual timber structure provides an easy-going atmosphere for a simple family holiday. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Musket Cove Island Resort:
• shall provide and maintain the house/villa in a reasonable state of repair subject to the owners discretion;
• shall not interfere with the tenant's quiet enjoyment of the house/villa
Guest:
• shall keep the house/villa clean and tidy and notify MCR of any repairs needed;
• shall not disturb the neighbors or other guests and visitors to MCR;
• shall not damage or permit damage to the house/villa or any part of MCR;
• shall not make any renovation, alteration (including any holes whatsoever - nail or screw), or addition to the house/villa.
• shall ensure the house/villa is occupied principally for holiday/residential purposes;
• shall leave the apartment clean and tidy and clear of rubbish;
• shall ensure visitors are aware of and abide by these conditions
RIGHTS OF ENTRY:
Musket Cove Island Resorts employees can only enter the house/villa or surrounding property:
• Between the hours of 8am and 7pm for general maintenance, repairs or inspection (as a general courtesy, guests occupying a house or villa will be given as much prior notice as possible). All care will be taken to prevent a disturbance to the occupying guest.
• in an emergency;
• if it is necessary that entry is after 7.00pm and before 8am this will be arranged with the guest prior to entry (again as much prior notice will be given as possible).
PLEASE NOTE: WHILE EVERY PRECAUTION IS TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PRIVATE VILLA AT ALL TIMES, MUSKET COVE RESORT ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY VALUABLES OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

HOMES REQUIRE A MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS
Activities & Water Sports Card available at Musket Cove
All guests staying in a private home on Musket Cove wishing to have unlimited access to the below water sports must purchase a “white card” from the boat shed. For FJD$31 (non commissionable) per person, the card will give you unlimited access to the below activities for 7 days. Please note that the FJD$31 is the minimum and also applies to stays shorter than 7 days. Activities included are: Snorkelling gear (free use of snorkels, flippers and masks for duration of your stay), snorkelling trips, windsurfers, canoes, kayaks, a long-boat trip to Malolo Island (optional visit to Solevu Village), volley ball, petanque, nature walks, hiking and beachcombing, 50% discount on Hobie cat use.

agent. However an off-shore island resort holiday and private holiday
home is an individual experience and a guest's preference and opinions
may vary from those of the resort's owners, home owner's management and
booking agent. For this reason we cannot take responsibility for
every aspect of each guest's overall holiday satisfaction.
Musket Cove Island Resort takes guest comments very seriously and guest
feed-back is always welcome. Resort management is available every
day to discuss with guests any specific requests, concerns or complaints
that a guest may have. Musket Cove Island Resort Ltd cannot be reasonably
expected to have knowledge about each guest's personal requirements, perceptions,
impressions or concerns unless such information is made known to management
at the time of the guest's stay. The resort will not be held responsible
to respond to any complaint that was not made direct to resort management
at the time of the guest's stay. Any claims or legal action in connection
with the provision of our resort's services will be subject to the laws
of Fiji.
When guests make bookings via the resort with the suppliers/organizers of such services as fishing, diving, surfing, air and sea transfers, yacht charters, water taxis and private villas such like, the resort is acting as a booking agent if and when such services are not directly provided by the resort. Musket Cove Island Resort will not be liable for the standard of the services provided by such suppliers, or liable for any damage, injury, theft or loss of any kind (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) which guests may suffer, from selection of those suppliers, or the services provided by the suppliers.
Musket Cove Island Resort will not be liable for any loss or damage which arises directly or indirectly from any act of God, weather disruptions, dangers incidental to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, disruptions to any international or domestic airline or transfer schedules or services, acts of Governments or other authorities de jour or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbance, strikes, riots, deaths, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or medical, or customs regulations.
