Fijian in style and cuisine, Dick's Place Bar & Bistro is at the heart of the Resort. Our comfy duck board chairs, ship’s propeller tables, fish trap lights, coconut beams and indigenous artwork for fun island setting. We believe that one of the best ways to discover a culture is through food so we've designed a menu to give you a taste of Fiji. We have created dishes inspired by our organic farm and produce grown on the island with a mix of more traditional Fijian flavours added to the line-up. The menu features healthy alternatives ideal for the tropical Island climate with a Fijian twist to suit all palettes.
Explore your favourite dishes with our A La Carte menu and discover the Fijian style of cuisine with options like the Levuka Tuna Nicoise Salad featuring Vudi (pronounced ‘Vundi') a Fijian plantain and greens produced on the Island or traditional Fijian Lolo buns with homemade pawpaw and ginger jam for breakfast or for dinner a pan seared pacific cod featuring Malolo Lailai heart of palm and passion fruit butter.
Combined with Musket's legendary theme nights which cover some of the local cultures such as Indian and Chinese, the menu delivers an endless variety of dining options. Each night we set up for dinner on the deck around the pool, unless of course the weather does not permit (which is rare). Try one of our delicious cocktails, made with fresh fruit or coconut water or ask our “mixologist” to make you something special. We also offer a full wine list and an excellent selection of local and imported spirits and beers.
